Halloween Party with Dan's Family

 

Honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic!!

Just stepped off the plane in Punta Cana.

It was sunny, humid, and gorgeous!

First night on the beautiful beach

Exquisite restaurants with delicious food. After dinner on our last night, we ate dessert at almost every restaurant (by the way, there are 8 :)

Wedding Day

We were married & sealed in the Salt Lake Temple

on Friday, May 29, 2009.

It was a beautiful, sunny day with a little breeze. We are so grateful to our family and friends for being with us on that special day.

The temple and the grounds are beautiful.

This is an old tree near the temple. We enjoyed

walking around after the ceremony. Then we

rushed off to the luncheon at the Joseph Smith

Memorial building. Following the delicious

lunch, we traveled to the reception in Pleasant

Grove, and then to the airport. Departure time

was at 12:50 a.m.!

It was great!

We're Engaged!

Dan proposed on Christmas Eve 2008. The day was amazing.

We went ice skating at the Gallivan Center

We opened some Christmas presents at Sunnyside Park. Then we went on a walk in a Winter Wonderland.

Dan told me a lot of sweet things, then he said:

"I want to be with you forever. Will you marry me?"

Of course the immediate response was:

"Yes, I will!"
